Rachel will still talk through your hair goals and check in as needed. You can ask for less chatting at any visit, with or without the form. The form is free and separate from a booked $20 consultation.

You don't need to know the name of every shade or cut. Photos and a clear hair history help Rachel understand what you mean.
Bring what you remember
Photos, old color notes, and product names help. Include color or chemical work still on your hair, even from years ago. It is fine to leave a gap in the story.
Keep preparation simple
Follow any preparation note Rachel sends. If no special instruction appears, keep your familiar routine and avoid guessing at a new treatment the night before.

Contact Rachel ahead of time when you need a specific payment method, arrival accommodation, or another detail confirmed.

Ask what Rachel used, what to do at home, what to watch for, and when she suggests checking the color, cut, or extensions again.
