Meet Rachel

The reference photo is a starting point, not a formula. Rachel looks at the person in the chair: hair history, skin tone, eye color, current shape, daily routine, and the amount of maintenance that actually feels realistic. The goal is not to copy somebody else's hair. It is to translate the idea for yours.

Rachel has spent 17 years behind the chair and has worked independently since 2013. Her Phoenix studio focuses on custom color, balayage, corrective color, precision cuts, curly hair, extensions, and event styling. Desert sun, hard water, and at-home care are part of the consultation because a service has to make sense after the salon visit too.

The studio publishes Rachel's professional training as Redken-Certified Colorist, DevaCurl Advanced Stylist, Olaplex Certified, L'Oréal-trained balayage specialist, and Keratin Complex Certified. Technique matters, but the working principle is simpler: healthy hair decides the pace, and the consultation decides the plan.

That means the honest answer may be a slower color plan, a consultation before corrective work, or a different service from the one you first expected.
