Appointments & Cancellations

Give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. The appointment-specific terms shown during booking or in your confirmation apply, and fees may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.

Pricing

The price shown in the live booking menu applies to the starting service you book. Major changes, corrective work, extension plans, or other custom work may need an assessment; Rachel will confirm the recommended service and any updated quote before proceeding. Complimentary color and extension consultations are available and recommended when you are unsure what to choose, but they are not required for every appointment.

Satisfaction

If you have a concern about a service, contact Rachel as soon as possible so she can review what happened and discuss an appropriate next step.

Liability

Hair By Rachel is not liable for allergic reactions or damage caused by undisclosed hair history. Please inform us of any previous chemical treatments or allergies.
