Color history is useful information, not something to apologize for. Box color, prior bleach, overlapping formulas, mineral buildup, and the timing of earlier appointments can all change the next safe option. The more complete the history, the more grounded the recommendation can be.
The plan may be one appointment or several. Rachel reviews the starting condition, desired change, and how the hair responds before deciding how far to go. If the requested result is not realistic for the current hair, the honest answer may be to change the target or pause before doing more.

Can my hair actually be fixed?
A consultation is needed before Rachel can answer that responsibly. Some goals may fit one appointment; others may require a different target, a pause, or work across more than one visit. No specific result is guaranteed.
Will my hair break?
Lightening and corrective work can stress hair, especially when it has already been processed. Rachel reviews the current condition and color history before recommending more color, and may recommend waiting or changing the goal. Risk cannot be eliminated.
Why is color correction so expensive?

How much does color correction cost in Phoenix?

Can color correction be done in one appointment?
Sometimes, but not always. The starting condition, prior color, amount of change, and response during service can all affect the timeline. Rachel will outline the likely path without promising a one-visit transformation.
Can you fix box dye?

I had a really bad bleach experience. Can my hair handle another appointment?
